N Gauge
I found a cystal radio circuit, this circuit uses an inductor with N = 110, d = 1.5, 28 gauge.how get this?
If you mean, How do you figure this is correct, then had an idea of value tuning capacitor that would use and then take a look at the inductance needed to use tables of some manual. If you are wondering how they did it, then came across a good insulator tube (a tube of cardboard will do) which was 1.5 inches (read I hope However, 1.5 meters is very large indeed), and 110 rounds of 28 gauge cable. If you are building, try to find "wire" that has a magnet overlay on it for insulation. It makes the best rolls.
