What is the average cost for the garden, union, and the quarry of the Model Railroad Train?

I've been thinking of getting three different Trains Model railroads: garden, bonding, and railways quarry. I think every one of them at least 25 X 15 feet each. I will have trains 5-10 runs in each, and are all around $ 45 – $ 120 each (the Train). I will purchase about $ 650 of landscapes, buildings, roads, and accessories for each network. So how much would be my half of each?
